Use this route for changes to a registered name, contact details, premises, activity or ownership, or to notify the City that a business has ceased operating. Quote the original registration or previous application reference.
Supporting information
Describe the previous and proposed details, the effective date and who is authorised to request the change. Ownership and premises changes may need supporting consent and a fresh assessment of related permissions.
Keep a clear record
A change request does not transfer a permission automatically or remove an outstanding condition. The reviewer will explain whether a record can be amended, replaced or requires a new application.
