City administration
City administration coordinates municipal services, internal work and responses to residents. Government personnel work through the staff portal; residents can read service guidance and follow their own correspondence.
City Clerk
The Clerk provides a starting point for City records, Council correspondence, events and claims. A private request keeps the original submission, follow-up material and official responses together.
Office of Finance
Finance reviews business registrations and changes, seeks missing information and records an outcome. Registration and a specialist permit are separate matters.
Working with public safety and the Court
Police, Fire, the District Attorney and Superior Court have their own powers and records. City staff may refer a matter; a City request does not replace emergency dispatch or a court filing.
