Meetings and participation
Explain whether you are submitting written comments, asking about attendance or seeking information about the next procedural step. Follow the instructions for the relevant meeting. Correspondence does not by itself place an item on an agenda.
Privacy and public business
Your portal thread is private to authorised participants. If correspondence is proposed for a public meeting or publication, staff should explain the scope and any redactions. Keep protected personal information out of material intended for public discussion.
