Safe communication
Tell the reviewer how it is safe to contact you and whether a representative is assisting. Avoid placing sensitive household information in public announcements. Supporting notices may be attached privately.
What the City can do
Housing Services can assess the enquiry, explain available routes and record a referral. An enquiry is not an allocation, rent payment or guarantee of accommodation. A court date, notice or other existing requirement continues unless the issuing authority changes it.
